Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
ep567 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or any activity that ep567 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's funds will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance will remain intact.
